সুলতানুল হিন্দ গরীবে নেওয়াজ হজরত খাজা মঈনউদ্দিন চিশতী (র) এর জীবনী নিয়ে লেখা নির্ভরযোগ্য কোন বইয়ের এতদিন বড়ই অভাব ছিল। খাজা সাহেবের অসামান্য ব্যক্তিত্ব বা ভারতবর্ষে ইসলামের প্রসারে অতুলনীয় অবদান সত্যিই অবিস্মরনীয়। হজরত সম্পর্কে যে সকল বই বাজারে পাওয়া যায় তার অধিকাংশই অতিরঞ্জিত বা বিকৃত তথ্যে পরিপূর্ণ। চেরাগে চিশতী এমন একটি বই যা খাজা সাহেবকে প্রকৃত অর্থে ও নতুনভাবে অনুরাগীকূলকে চেনাতে সাহায্য করবে নিসন্দেহে। সেই সাথে উপলদ্ধি করতে সাহায্য করবে ইসলামের প্রকৃত সরূপ। আল্লাহ এ অসামান্য রচনার কিতাবের মহাসন্মানিত রচয়িতাকে অত্যুত্তম পুরষ্কারে পুরষ্কৃত করুন।
